Why forcing people to update to the version which doesn’t work
Old version not working never happened in las 20 yrs but now. And after update it stopped working totally. I am dead in water.

• Processing Fee: Can go up to 2% of loan amount.
For example: For a Loan of ₹ 5 lakh, borrowed at an interest rate of 0.89% per month for 60 months, the payable amount would be Rs 10,809 per month.
Processing Fee: * ₹ 1,770, Other charges: ₹ 0, Interest: ₹ 1,48,539.
The total amount to be repaid after 5 years will be ₹ 6,48,540.

325 MB - Enforcing user to update mandatory
It’s too much space for a banking application. You guys should minimised the app size Just think on an average out of 8 GB RAM you are consuming 325 MB which is 4% approximately. If we install 20 apps like this then we will not have any space to run for OS. In worst case maximum 15 applications can only be installed. And for that we have to spend 20K an average on mobile. Indirectly we are spending 1000Rs approximately to run ICICI banking application. Hope you will consider my review about customer concern and help in reducing the size. Also you should not enforce users to update to latest version. It should be given customer as choice either to go with new version or being with same version when it was installed.
Great app
Its great but should have thumb auth for apple users
OTP never received
I have never used worst bank mobile app than this one. I am fade up with fund transfer . Never got the OTP while through the webpage it goes easy. I am an NRI. Developer need to improve it otherwise its useless.
Worst testing done before release
Setting up of app is costing 1500 if you are travelling international. When ever App is updated it doesn’t work and setup needs to be done again. Stop gprs Authenticator for app installation.
Cannot able to login after this update
After this update I’m not able to login as the submit button during login doesn’t work. So be careful before you update this

Worst bank app ever. The verification for NRI account never worked.
