Ir is unreal how this OTP works .. gets message so late or most cases do not even get the message. I am sure this message will be deleted with out taking any action or you will be defending how great IcIci service is .. which far from truth
Get get OPT on the phone after repeated requests.
App name should be with ICICI name in it. In search doesn’t come when we search with”ici*”.
WTried multiple times OTP to my registered USA number. Never received through message or call . Call will simply disconnect. Some time email also don’t work when I use ipay mobile app
Been seeing either FS-5 or FS-10 or some other error message for the last few days that just says there are technical difficulties. I’ve tried killing the app and relaunching, restarting the phone and uninstalling the app completely and reinstalling. Even the account activation fails many times resulting in a lockout. Overall, the latest app version and the backend are terrible. And no, I’m not going to send any emails about this. Sufficient testing is enough to resolve these issues.
Very bad app user can not login forces to use specific version of iOS none of other app has issue like this app
Terrible all, won’t work. NRI account holders Have to call customer care 100 times to make 1 UPI payment. Customer care is also super pathetic. They only have one solution for you - reinstall your app. No one cares to understand the underlying issues on this app. Super frustrating
I’m not able to use IMobile app pls checkout
It is not good to stop support the older version of iOS. Iam using iPhone with iOS 15 and iMobile Pay not working. When called customer care, they said I need iOS 17 which comes with latest iPhones. Is ICICI lacking that much Technology to support or backport their app for the older iOS ? I can’t buy latest iPhone for one bank app. I think with this action, userbase of app usage might have dropped for sure. As Iam from IT, I do know the challenges but should always make fit the app for the devices that all customers use. If not, the ICICI bank IT team is not up to the mark in requirements gathering and also failure of app testing team. Also no communication to customer about this.
