Personal Loan highlights:

• Loan Amount: Minimum: ₹ 50,000 and Maximum (based on the customer’s eligibility).
• Repayment Tenure: (36 months(Min)) to (based on the customer’s eligibility).
• Rate of Interest: 10.80% to 16.00%
• Processing Fee: Can go up to 2% of loan amount.


For example: For a Loan of ₹ 5 lakh, borrowed at an interest rate of 0.89% per month for 60 months, the payable amount would be Rs 10,809 per month.

Processing Fee: * ₹ 1,770, Other charges: ₹ 0, Interest: ₹ 1,48,539.

The total amount to be repaid after 5 years will be ₹ 6,48,540.

Note: Interest rate and Processing Fee vary as per the products.

Everything works perfectly fine.. however, As soon as I login, you show a banner for loan.. that is so annoying.. I try to click on my account details and this pops up and I click on it by mistake.. once I go into that page.. there is no option to say that I don’t want loan .. it has only option to apply later

Worst app that i have ever seen. I have reported this issue to ICICI customer care team multiple times. No proper resolution and they are sharing generic response. I am not able to perform any banking activities from this. Escalate this matter to right higher officials.

You can not rely on this app, If you having your account in this bank only to than you would get stuck multiple times when you have to pay to merchant and at that time It says “oops, facing some technical issue, Please try after sometime” This is the issue with ICICI app.

I mobile operators are very smooth and comfortable
