• Processing Fee: Can go up to 2% of loan amount.
For example: For a Loan of ₹ 5 lakh, borrowed at an interest rate of 0.89% per month for 60 months, the payable amount would be Rs 10,809 per month.
Processing Fee: * ₹ 1,770, Other charges: ₹ 0, Interest: ₹ 1,48,539.
The total amount to be repaid after 5 years will be ₹ 6,48,540.

App say keep log in
Not able to add card in apple wallet
Its show error when i am trying to add card in apple wallet please fix the same i am using India account.
The whole sucks from customer usability perspective
Being a techie myself I find it so hard to use your app. I could only feel the pity for a senior citizen who has weakened eyes and non technical brain struggling on using basic functions. Basic app building principles and elements are missing, forget about usability easiness. For eg.? Font size is 6 points at some screens, seriously ? How did this app even pass basic user acceptance testing from your IT teams?
FIX THE LOGIN ON THE APP
Clearly connected to the internet but this message is popping up saying not connected. Wtffff

This is a poorly maintenance app by icici which never proceed and gets installed. I got out of the app on mobile by mistake and have been trying to reinstall it from a week always it sends SMS and says cannot proceed further now and then exceeded maximum attempts try after 24 hours
Not working from last 1 month
I am connected to my wifi and mobile data and still its showing you are not connected. I am not able to login to the app any more. Please fix it fast i have lots of tasks pending Note: i am using iOS app
Was working fine until last month.
Was working fine until last month then out of no where below message appearing, looks like some one is too lazy to have a correct error message. I am connected to wifi and LTE both time same error on login. Here is the message that pops up: Oops! Something went wrong while connecting to our system. Please check that you are connected to the internet and try again. Please fix.
Not good outside India
Sometimes the login takes a long time and it times out. They say UPI works, however, it works for sending money but the requests don’t come to the app/it doesn’t show up. Not a very good app for banking outside India. Manageable given that this is the one of the banks that makes it easier for NRI banking.
Horribly buggy mess
I’ve used microwaves more responsive than this app.
