Gut für unterwegs
Ich nutze die App mehr als die Webanwendung. Für einfache Email antworten funktioniert das prima. Bei der Ansicht von mitgesendeten Bildern wird es leider manchmal etwas schwierig mit der Darstellung. Ein weiteres Problem ist der Benachrichtigungsplan. Hier ändern sich die Tage zufällig, sodass mich die App teilweise unter der Woche nicht benachrichtigt aber dafür am Wochenende wenn neue Emails eingehen.
Bad UX
Takes 3-5 seconds to perform any operation (e.g. Mark a ticket as spam or closed), no multitasking, very limited options. Zendesk is much better
Nach Update keine Funktion
Leider wird nach dem Update nichts mehr angezeigt. Es erscheint die Fehlermeldung „Etwas ist schief gelaufen“ Internetverbindung vorhanden App neu installiert App-Daten in iCloud und auf dem Gerät gelöscht Keine Veränderung
Darkmode
Bitte einen Darkmode. Das wäre super!
Macht auf iOS 16 nur Probleme
App startet und gibt direkt Fehlermeldung: „etwas ist schiefgelaufen“
Nicht auf dem iPad
Auf dem iPad kann man sich lediglich die Tickets problemlos anschauen, ein sauberes arbeite mit der App ist nicht möglich
Kann ich nicht nutzen
Wieso startet das Teil auf französisch.. 🤦🏻♀️
Verbesserungsbedürftig
Längere eMails in der App zu schreiben ist nahezu unmöglich, weil der Screen immer wieder auf die Seitenbeginn zurückspringt. So tippt man quasi blind. Extrem nervig.
