I use the paid version, for isometric and HIIT training, running and walking. There are so many options that I can optimise and adapt entirely to whatever needs I might have. Easy to use on Apple Watch as well. All in all I find it an absolutely perfect app! My only wish would be to be able to switch all standard wordings in intervals (like walk, rest, run) to Danish in an easy way for all already created intervals. I haven’t found a way to do that, other than changing within interval, after interval, after interval….

App on AppleWatch tracks me whatever I say!!!!!
I loved the design of the app and I bought the pro version just to be able to customise everything! HOWEVER I can't get the app from the watch to stop tracking me whatever I do! By "track me" I mean writing exercise minutes in Apple health.
I removed the permissions, ability to write in Health and made it from INSIDE THE APP to disable writing health data. NOTHING WORKED IT KEEPS WRITING DATA. The twist is that running the app from the phone works perfectly, just the app on the watch has this disturbing behaviour. Can anyone fix this please?
Anyway, if you want this app to track other activities from watch, not just exercise, forget it.

I bought the pro version, and use this app for all my intervals (and love it), there seems to be some general Apple Eatch issues ig I run with my phone, gps looks much more correct when I do not bring the phone with me..

Absolutely love how easy this app is to use, and eventhough I’ve only tried the free version, it’s very functional!
Only issue is the GPS tracking, it is a bit dodgy and looks like I run through buildings😳 and I can’t seem to find a possibilty for making sure signal is strong before the run or other options for a more steady (and accurate) GPS 🤔

Integration med Apple Sundhed og Apple Watch er fantastisk. Denne app er meget mere end “bare” en timer, jeg bruger den til alle former for fitness.
Simpel og brugervenlig
Den her app kan alt hvad jeg efterspørger for at lave interval træning og programmer. Ikke en masse fancy funktioner - bare simpelt og nemt!
God træningshjælper
Superfin træningsmakker, hvis man har nogenlunde styr på hvad man laver. Planlægning af sessioner er enkelt og næsten logisk. Men det er en fejl at man ikke kan integrere til kalender og det er lidt irriterende at man ikke kan vedligeholde workout definitionerne i et eksternt værktøj. Et session byggeværktøj vil bringe app op på 5
