Great App but needs more syncing options
Great app!! For the first time I actually enjoy interval runs. One massive drawback is that it doesn’t sync with Strava and doesn’t import all data to Apple Workout App.
Fantastic!
The best of what it does. So easy. Haptic feedback not working on Apple Watch for 5 second countdown but maybe that’s a pro thing.
Simple
Keeps popping up alerts requesting for certain settings to be changed like for location but even if you select “not now” it does not proceed. So have deleted the app.
I’ll update to 5 stars once they respond to this
Amazing Tech support! Great app! Figured out mine is first gen Apple Watch so not supported Initial message: “Hi, I have the Apple Series 1 watch, When I open the watch app on my phone I don’t see the intervals app as an option to be installed (i.e it isn’t on “available apps” list). I know this is probably a “watch app” related issue rather than an “intervals” issue but I was hoping you may have a possible solution. The I watch app has literally disappeared so I cannot use it
My Iwatch app disappeared after last update. It isn’t syncing between my iPhone and iwatch. I really loved this app but now am unable to use it during workouts. Please fix bugs

It’s simple, minimalistic and easy to use. Intervals really helps making the most out of any workout 💪🏼
Great app - does just what it says it does
This is a great app that does it's job perfectly. No frills, just the features you need and they all work exceptionally well. I set up my intervals on the phone, then use my apple watch from then on. The phone and watch apps are highly responsive and I have not encountered a single issue yet. I had a few questions and the support was fast and very helpful

Thanks for the app. I mainly use it on the watch. It has all the features I was looking for and (much) more. Very well thought out. There is no other app like it and is well worth the spend. Love it!
