Spam app

They say 30 day trial but when i cancelled it after the 7 day trial they still fully charge u and Would not find a custom service to solve it out . Already report this to my bank , hope they can block the transition .

Chromecast works poorly

Hi! I want to report a bug. About 5 minutes into the video casting through Chromecast video gets stuck and the casting section with countrols becomes unresponsive. It happens every time with plenty of different videos and does not change after restarting the app or a video. I hope you can fix it soon.

My list!?

What is the point of being able to add classes to ”My list” if there is no way of finding said ”My list”? The Ux in this app is rather poor and definetly needs a serious upgrade. Ok content.

Very nice courses but very expensive

Lots of beneficial master classes. However you are going to be billed annually and you cannot for example only purchase one module that you like or pay for just one month of subscription. That seems a bit aggressive to me.

Another fallen victim to political correctness

Used to be great, now they’ve shifted focus to “diversity” and being political correct, not quality. What used to be interesting classes on learning skills is now videos about redefining feminism or black history.

Great mostly

App is working well and the content is ace! But the Apple TV app doesn’t play sound over Airplay. My TV doesn’t have speakers so my Apple TV connects to my Sonos wirelessly, making the Apple TV app useless. But via airplay from my phone to the Apple TV works well. Just wish I could get it all working from the Apple TV app. Otherwise, the app is perfect.

Great content, bad app

Many interesting classes with great content. App keeps crashing, especially in the beginning of a new episode.

Good content, app needs improvement

Audio mode has a feature where a computer voice reads the “headline” between segments. This very often starts looping and you have to pause/play again to make it continue. Pause/play does not work from lock screen and drop down menu. The app is not intuitive and is in my opinion cluttered. I’ll continue to subscribe due to great content, but the app can be frustrating to use.

Brilliant concept

I love MasterClass however the app crashes on lessons after just 20/30 seconds of playing. It says "cannot play the lesson due to a technical error".

Not much different from a podcast

These masterclasses are mostly spoken word.
