Great, but the UI on the iPhone/iPad app needs to be fixed due to laggy experience. Overall good knowledge is being provided here!

Cannot login via Facebook

The app (not the content) is terrible. I cannot login using Facebook and i cannot do anything about it.

catastrophic app on iPhone

in the app, when I click on any thumbnail to access a course, Nothing Happens. The only thing I can do is... to scroll vertically & horizontally (!). I "killed" the app and relaunched it many times > same result. I understand now why this app gets very often small updates. too many bugs to fix. so this app mainly works on iPad. on an iPhone (11 Pro), it's a pure joke.

The new update keep kick me out of the app :((

Charging credit card without warning. DONT BUY

I click on class to see detailed information and it forcefully charge me without any warning I am buying it. Seem to be professional but definitely not. It automatically charge me hundreds of dollars without any notification. Be aware of that. DONT BUY! App này tính tiền tự động, tôi click vào xem thông tin lớp là nó tự động tính tiền tôi luôn và không hề có một thông báo nào cả. App này đã lừa tôi 6tr đồng. Không nên tải, không nên tin vào vẻ chuyên nghiệp của nó.

Bugs

1. Turn on subtitles -> open another app -> back to MasterClass -> subtitles disappear. Reported this bug to them 2 months ago but no fix. 2. Connection is not always good.
