L’app bugs all the time
The app is really bad : - the subtitles are available but they don’t work if you’re watching the video on your TV ; - if you receive a notification during a video, the video stops and restart from the beginning ; - once a video started, the app freezes and you can’t even pause ou rewind the video The classes are good but app is horrible to the point that you just want to get you money back.
Appli pas à la hauteur du contenus de très grande qualité
Le contenus est vraiment de très très haut niveaux mais l’appli est hélas vraiment pas terrible. Pas simple de s’y retrouver et surtout incapable de suivre l’avancement. D’une foi à l’autre et d’un support à l’autre elle repart trop souvent du mauvais endroit, incapable de se souvenir ou j’en était. Dommage …..
This is ridiculous
For some masterclasses on phone you can not navigate between episodes. This is just ridiculous. For “Brain health” series, after the 1st episode you just stuck and can not go further. When I want to report a problem, it says that I don’t have an email account installed on the device, and that is not true, so there is not even a possibility of a feedback.
Waste of time and money
Such a huge disappointment. None of these masters are good teachers. It’s just a lot of blah blah about themselves with fluff and no actionable insight. Please don’t waste your money on this. It feels like a scam

Interesting content, even though the flow of new content is limited. Also the app is very slow.

“We were unable to activate this class due to a technical issue”. When it works, it is a good app to learn things and English but bugs ruin everything…
Téléchargement extrêmement lent
J’ai la fibre et pourtant le chargement des vidéos est très longues. De plus les vidéos de masterclass peuvent pour certaines être dispo gratuitement sur YouTube…Bon ce ne sont pas exactement les mêmes mais ça parle de la même chose. Du coup, jpréfère me former avec Youtube, c’est gratuit. A ce prix, faites l’effort d’avoir l’exclusivité.
