For some masterclasses on phone you can not navigate between episodes. This is just ridiculous. For “Brain health” series, after the 1st episode you just stuck and can not go further. When I want to report a problem, it says that I don’t have an email account installed on the device, and that is not true, so there is not even a possibility of a feedback.
Such a huge disappointment. None of these masters are good teachers. It’s just a lot of blah blah about themselves with fluff and no actionable insight. Please don’t waste your money on this. It feels like a scam
Interesting content, even though the flow of new content is limited. Also the app is very slow.
Can we have the possibility to write our notes on the iOS application ? Thanks !
“We were unable to activate this class due to a technical issue”. When it works, it is a good app to learn things and English but bugs ruin everything…
J’ai la fibre et pourtant le chargement des vidéos est très longues. De plus les vidéos de masterclass peuvent pour certaines être dispo gratuitement sur YouTube…Bon ce ne sont pas exactement les mêmes mais ça parle de la même chose. Du coup, jpréfère me former avec Youtube, c’est gratuit. A ce prix, faites l’effort d’avoir l’exclusivité.

I like MasterClass, but they have to improve their app and web design which are most of the time too crowded and hard to find things (which brings me to another point, the search bar doesn’t work that well). Also, in some classes like cooking when you’re trying to see the way the Chef is doing the dish or the way he’s cutting the meat and MasterClass tries to be too artistic changing angles too much and it just gives me a headache trying to see and understand what’s happening.
Le contenu et les intervenants sont peut-être géniaux mais impossible de lire les vidéos sur l’application. Le navigateur mobile empêche la lecture des vidéos et redirige vers l’application. Donc impossible quand on est pas sur un ordinateur.
