They say about 30-days return guarantee but to get your money back you have to write an EMAIL the delivery of which fails! Thus you’ll never get your money back in fact

Tried to the basic subscription and wanted to upgrade to the one with offline downloads available. Website and app has different descriptions of which plan supports that. Was charged twice. Support wasn’t helpful and couldn’t answer how to make offline downlaods available. However, the content is cool.

Be careful! When having trial period it doesn’t give you an option to cancel it before the end of the trial! No such a function in app or on site! When trying to reach their support team you get new and new tickets created but no support on your matter.

First of all it fools you with two years per one year subscription, turns out it’s a free year for a friend, which often times won’t be used by anyone. Second of all I hate how I have to lose money if I want to finish it earlier. It just won’t let you use up all the balance! But it will be automatically lost when you cancel, if not – you’ll pay automatically for a whole year again. It would be good to have a pause function, canceling refund or at least be able to use up all your yearly balance after cancellation. Too greedy. As of the content, it’s good for cooking I must say, the quality is top notch obviously. Other kind of content professionals just preach motivational quotes. But I still think it’s a good platform. I also felt uncomfortable with the way it was organized, I would like to arrange courses on my own too if I put a big quantity of courses in saved. Would like to come back to it someday, when I have a lot of free time.

My wife bought me annual subscription of this app to move my brain focus from every day shelling of my country by russia. I redeemed it. They ask some why to enter my credit card details. I’ve done it yesterday. Activated my gift and … they took 240$ from card. For you to understand it’s middle monthly salary in Ukraine. So we have already lost 480$ without even going out of apartment. Of course their customer support - brainless bots, so you can’t contact them directly. Thank you MasterClass. You was my dream. Now I know that I have to fear my dreams. Greetings from Ukraine.

A lot of courses have above error, which is a bit disappointing

good day. my man has long wanted to buy your application. but the problem is this. I want to buy it for him. Can I say which account to open access to, and I will pay?

Good app, though I noticed two flaws: 1) the downloaded videos do not play without internet access and 2) after watching a video or listening to an audio (both downloaded and online) in the application, it does not mark that video as viewed in the course, so I have a bunch of not viewed lessons in the course that I actually finished. The rest is great

Annoying is that fact that to cancel subscription you need to tap the button “Cancel” 4 times. If you don’t do it, the subscription is automatically prolonged. We paid for Masterclass for 2 years and now just feel being cheated up as the subscription was renewed again even though I thought I had cancelled it. Don’t do like this with your users, I enjoyed videos but this situation made me angry and upset as others may feel the same. And add option to cancel easily. And please give an advice what can be done in this situation. Thank you.
