I cancelled the annual membership already, but few months later they still charged me to my credit card account. Disappointing
Accessing All Classes?
What for???? I’m not going to master everything. The price is also too expensive for one payment. Mak it on demand. Maybe if you could make the payment monthly, many people will consider to subscribe.

Great presentation but weak content and horrible UI
The video presentation is great, i mostly enjoyed watch the courses. But i take the courses more as inspirational and motivation rather than real study. This is due the content too short to be able to cover the topic in full format. For the mobile app itself, the UI is horrible and clunky.
Improve Your Apps!
It takes very long to download only one video. Meanwhile, my internet speed is quite good and stable, 30Mbps I’m confused which videos is still downloading and not, the downloading icon seems doesn’t work properly. The app is not friendly enough and difficult to navigate. Total user experience is below 6 out of 10. No matter what great content inside, your technology should support it very well. Even while I want to report problems above through your Report a Problem, I can’t send the email. It just doesn’t work. Thanks.
No subs after paused and jump to another app
I love the class! Everything I love about the cinematic filming. Details and everything. BUT, the subs not appearing after I paused the class and jumping to another apps. As not a english native, I still need subs even it only english subs but it helps me a lot to understand what teachers said. Please fix them and ill give you 5 stars !
