Too pricey not too functional
I wish there were other type of subscriptions, like monthly, or limited number of courses package, I am only interested in two classes and I won’t pay the pricey yearly subscription just for this.

They make it so difficult to unsub and needed to email their agent. Hopefully they will get back soonest.
Great App, great content Some technical issue. Video keeps buffering although the internet connection is strong
The tech of the app is very well thought and it makes the navigation easy. The design of the courses is very suitable for independent learners. The courses grow continuously as well and there is something for everyone there
I got Master Class in my iPhone too, but can’t log in with my Facebook on my iPad
I love MasterClass. I really do. However, as someone who is not earning in USD and residing in Malaysia, this price is quite pricey to be honest for average Malaysian. As u know, we are not earning as high as people in the US, but still, I subscribe to this, and love it! Really2 great apps. My personal favorite are Bobby Brown, wonderful chef Thomas Keller, Massimo Bottura, Yotam Ottolenghi, dominique ansel, and Gabriela Camara. I think it would be awesome if you can add workout class too for fitness, or medical doctor about healthy diet and lifestyle for specific condition.
I'm learning while browsing! Wierdly educated now
I purchased an All Access subscription during the Buy One Gift One offer and have been having a ton of issues - the subscription not reflecting in my payment and thus not being able to access any of the classes. However, support was able to provide me the +1 gift invite when I emailed them about the issue of not being able to send one earlier. The invitee however is also having issues now as a simple change of password couldn’t even work as she isn’t receiving the verification emails. I’ve been trying to reach the support team the whole day to no avail so clearly their 24 hour support doesn’t seem to work and so is their hotline which I can’t seem to get through.
The Dan Brown class was good. But now, I’m not able to get pass the splash screen; the app crashes. The support communication was not helpful and went cold. Guess my money went down the drain
If you like listening to people blather about nothing, very slowly, then these classes might be for you. Otherwise, save your money. These courses are nothing but celebrities and pseudo-experts talking just to talk while they regurgitate a handful of basic facts most people already know. The rest is pure filler. If I were to write down everything I learned it *might* be one bullet point per course I sat through. But these are neither entertaining nor engaging courses, so nothing is there to make up for the lack of actual information.
