NETGEAR Orbi - WiFi System App

Just found this type mesh router and one satellite does serve my two storey home with very superb performance. No hassle in installation, just following all assistance thru ORBI Apps - Two Thumbs👍👍

Since upgrading my Orbi RB50 to latest firmware, i can not see devices connected to router nor satellites. Devices do connect to the network thru the router or sattelite, ita just not showing in the apps or thru the web access of the router. I read the solution from the web that its best to downgrade. Which i hate to do. Please fix this.

I bought this pair of Orbi in May 2019 and suddenly it stopped working in August 2020. Brought to PT IGS indocom the authorized dealer and returned it because it cannot be repair and the warranty is expired. This is the most expensive router and only worked for 15 months.

Bad app , less function and tools . Useless

The device manager app continues to have issues. Tried chat customer support - bust! We setup profiles for each family member and need to get to device level to see which devices are connected. Rebooted router, reinstalled app and nothing. Been this way for two weeks without a fix. Frustrated!

A-MAZING

Set up was easy and I am not very technologically savvy. So far internet testing speeds are fantastic. Hope it lasts!

Don’t have the performance expected by the price. And with a 10gb switch for the satellites.

Overall I like this Orbi app but why does the app report a different status than the web browser information of the same??? When I log into the app, it repeatedly reports a magenta status for one of my three satellites and shows 2 of 3 connected, while the web browser reports 3 of 3 satellites connected, all with good status. Why? Seems like a bug in the app.
