Proton Mail's zero access architecture means that your data is encrypted in a way that makes it inaccessible to us. Data is encrypted on the client side using an encryption key that Proton does not have access to. This means we don't have the technical ability to decrypt your messages.
Open-Source Cryptography

But slow in uploading the files.
Bit slow when I open the app
All great but the Lag in iPhone
First of all, I love the app. But I don’t know if anyone raised this before, I thought I could put it across here. The app pulls the info that there’s a new email, displays the notification on iPhone instantly but… when you open the app, it takes a long time for the app to refresh and start displaying anything in the inbox. I don’t think this issue is specific to my device. I updated the app, using the latest. My device is iPhone 13.
Loading takes forever
With this release it takes forever loading inbox message, tried multiple suggested workarounds like clearing cache, re-installing the app, logging out and log back in, tried all scenarios on both Mobile data and 1Gb Wifi connection, switching on/off ‘alternative routing’, i have even tried on brand new iphone with all previously mentioned scenarios, but still takes long time 45-70 Seconds to load inbox. I hope the next release would be more stable and bug free especially with the inbox loading time.
Very slow
App takes time (10 to 15 seconds) to open inbox while other email apps open within seconds, please fix this bug
