Open the charging case.
On your mobile device, tap Settings -> Bluetooth and then connect earbuds and mobile devices.
Launch the Samsung Galaxy Buds app, and the follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.

Works well
The buds themselves are fantastic, got the live buds free with my Samsung phone at the time, anyway I’ve gone over to Apple and wanted to continue using these buds. Downloaded this app and followed instructions. Piece of cake. The idiots leaving negative reviews are not following directions correctly. You have to pair the buds in settings as well even if it shows paired. There should be 2 paired at the same time to work. To the developers, nice job on the app…5 stars from me!
Why can’t Apple make Samsung headphones shapes for people that have disability ears
So I’m a girl that has a smoothie and a biggie and I’m just coming on here to say why can’t you make a good app for Samsung for iPhone? If people can’t buy the Samsung phone because apples cheaper and just gonna say this please make the alphabet better to connect to FE headphones.
Not Connecting
After reading the reviews I was unsure if my Galaxy Buds FE would connect to the new iPad (10th gen). I gave it ago and immediately realised that it would not connect, what was I expecting really? The Galaxy buds FE are a really good product and work really well, it’s just a shame that I can’t use the app as well as many other Apple users on here.
App won’t find my buds
I have new Samsung Buds2 Pro. They are connected by Bluetooth on my iPhone. But I can’t for the life of me get this app to find them! Useless!!!
Says devices are discoverable but can't connect...
Nothing I do will let me connect... Rubbish app 😭
I wish I had read these reviews before
Bought a new set today, 20/2/24, from Amazon. Downloaded the app to my iPhone . The app was useless couldn’t find the ear buds. I used settings on the iPhone and it found the ear buds. At least I can use them, but the app won’t connect and so I can’t get all the features. So frustrating!!!. I am going to return them as faulty. First and last time buying anything from Samsung.
