Problem
y Bluetooth easily but it’s not showing in my app I got galaxy buds plus but it isn’t scanning them I have tried a lot of times but they didn’t please fix this bug

Open the charging case.
On your mobile device, tap Settings -> Bluetooth and then connect earbuds and mobile devices.
Launch the Samsung Galaxy Buds app, and the follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
* The Samsung Galaxy Buds application connects Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live to your iPhone.
* Use the Samsung Galaxy Buds application to set up and manage the following features.
- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Earbuds & Charging Case battery status
- Ambient Sound (Samsung Galaxy Buds+ only)
- Active Noise Cancelling (Samsung Galaxy Buds Live only)
- Equalizer Setting
- Touchpad Setting
- Advanced Feature
- Find my Earbuds
- Earbuds Software Update

- iPhone 7 or later models with the iOS 10 and higher version

There is no support for galaxy earbuds pro 2.

You have only lame excuses and a word (sorry) to your user that we have improve blah blah but you are not giving support of your every product in your same App, Shame on you…!
unable to connect
im unable to connect my galaxy buds live i have an iphone xs though i can connect normally via bluetooth however im unable to use mic or check battery percentage of my buds i thought this app might help in this issue of mine but the app is literally unable to even show my buds live on the scanning page what is this issue
Galaxy buds 2 connectivity issue
Why this app don’t show or connect galaxy buds 2 whereas it connects with the Bluetooth and even works fine but I couldn’t connect it with its official app.
