Open the charging case.
On your mobile device, tap Settings -> Bluetooth and then connect earbuds and mobile devices.
Launch the Samsung Galaxy Buds app, and the follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
* The Samsung Galaxy Buds application connects Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live to your iPhone.
* Use the Samsung Galaxy Buds application to set up and manage the following features.
- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Earbuds & Charging Case battery status
- Ambient Sound (Samsung Galaxy Buds+ only)
- Active Noise Cancelling (Samsung Galaxy Buds Live only)
- Equalizer Setting
- Touchpad Setting
- Advanced Feature
- Find my Earbuds
- Earbuds Software Update
* Compatibility:
- iPhone 7 or later models with the iOS 10 and higher version
- The Galaxy Buds application is not compatible with Galaxy Buds (SM-R170)

I bought samsung galaxy buds 2 today and no doubt they have amazing sound quality but i facing problem how activate all its features on iphone like i am unable to activate anc
I am sure the app is great but…
I’m rating this app 4 stars because from the reviews I’ve read of people using this app with the compatible earbuds praise this app. Sadly, I have the galaxy buds 2 and an iPhone 11 so I don’t have access to the other perks. I love my earbuds but I would love it more if you could maybe make an app for the galaxy buds 2.
Complete and utter garbage.
This app is absolutely not fit for purpose in any way, shape or form. My partner and I both have Samsung earbuds, neither of which can be picked up on this useless app despite following all of the steps provided, meaning I can’t use all of the functions that come with my earbuds, meaning I’ve been absolutely conned out of my money thanks to Samsungs false advertising. You need to address these issues being raised and make the app actually functional in iOS instead of ripping people off and making out all of the functions are available when they aren’t. Total garbage.
11 Pro Max
I’ve been spending so much time trying to connect my Buds2 Pro to my 11 Pro Max but it refuses to work.
Can’t support galaxy buds two
I made a big mistake buying these ear pods and getting this app

The app seems good but there is no option for the Samsung galaxy buds 2 and as someone who has an iPhone it’s frustrating because there is no other apps I could download to control them. I just wish there could be an option in the app added for the galaxy buds 2 because then I could not only use this app but enjoy my earphones to the fullest.
Not compatible with IPhone 6S
All updates done on my IPhone 6S downloaded this app for my new beans but get sorry app is not compatible with your device when tried to start the app. So do not bother downloading if have an older IPhone than 7 at least.
Ok app, but software update error
The app is ok but the software for the buds just shows an error.
iPhone 11 and Galaxy Buds 2 - Not connecting to App
What a pointless, unnecessary, ineffective app! I love the buds so purchased a new pair and this inability to connect is ridiculous. I just want an app to help me use them to the best of their ability. Is this too much to ask?!
