Impossible de connecter avec mes Galaxy Buds. On peut que se connecter avec les Galaxy Buds + ou les Buds Live.

Open the charging case.
On your mobile device, tap Settings -> Bluetooth and then connect earbuds and mobile devices.
Launch the Samsung Galaxy Buds app, and the follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
* The Samsung Galaxy Buds application connects Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live to your iPhone.
* Use the Samsung Galaxy Buds application to set up and manage the following features.
- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Earbuds & Charging Case battery status
- Ambient Sound (Samsung Galaxy Buds+ only)
- Active Noise Cancelling (Samsung Galaxy Buds Live only)
- Equalizer Setting
- Touchpad Setting
- Advanced Feature
- Find my Earbuds
- Earbuds Software Update
* Compatibility:
- iPhone 7 or later models with the iOS 10 and higher version
- The Galaxy Buds application is not compatible with Galaxy Buds (SM-R170)
* Settings and features provided by the Galaxy Buds application are only available when Galaxy Buds+ or Galaxy Buds Live is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a proper connection between your earbuds and your mobile device.

L’application ne marche pas pour les buds2 pro
Je viens d’acheter les Galaxy Buds 2 pro Mais l’application ne les propose pas … Donc impossible de régler quoique ce soit !! Une solution?
Ne fonctionne pas
J’utilise mes buds sans l’application, directement via le Bluetooth, car l’application prétend ne pas trouver d’appareil à proximité alors que je suis connectée dessus en Bluetooth… Pourtant j’ai des Buds pro + iPhone 15 pro max donc tout ce qu’il y a de plus récent.
Sa ne marche pas pourquoi?
Bonjour, cela fait plusieurs moi que j’ai des galaxie Buds + mais je n’arrive pas à les connecter sur l'appli, alors que j’ai un iPhone XR (10). Comment dois-je faire pour qui se connecte?
A quand une mise à jour ?
Évidemment l’application ne reconnaît pas les buds 2 puisqu’elle n’a pas été mise à jour depuis des années pour iOS

Honteux
Honteux que la version pour les buds première génération ne soit plus disponible alors qu'il serait super simple pour le développeur de le rajouter. C'est un genre d'obsolescence programmée pour pousser à la consommation et pour des écouteurs à 100€, c'est non, ça ne donne pas envie de rester chez samsung. C'est prendre les clients pour des abrutis. La publicité à l'achat est mensongère.
Mise à jour impossible
J ai une ancienne version du logiciel e je n’arrive pas à me connecter au serveur cela vient bien du côté de Samsung que faire?? (Buds live)
Incompatibilité
Bonjour, Je souhaiterais savoir si cette application est compatible avec les galaxy buds FE et si non y’a t’il une application sur IOS qui soit compatible ?
