Open the charging case.
On your mobile device, tap Settings -> Bluetooth and then connect earbuds and mobile devices.
Launch the Samsung Galaxy Buds app, and the follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.

* The Samsung Galaxy Buds application connects Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live to your iPhone.

* Use the Samsung Galaxy Buds application to set up and manage the following features.

- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Earbuds & Charging Case battery status
- Ambient Sound (Samsung Galaxy Buds+ only)
- Active Noise Cancelling (Samsung Galaxy Buds Live only)
- Equalizer Setting
- Touchpad Setting
- Advanced Feature
- Find my Earbuds
- Earbuds Software Update

* Compatibility:
- iPhone 7 or later models with the iOS 10 and higher version
- The Galaxy Buds application is not compatible with Galaxy Buds (SM-R170)

* Settings and features provided by the Galaxy Buds application are only available when Galaxy Buds+ or Galaxy Buds Live is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a proper connection between your earbuds and your mobile device.

App nicht mit IPhone steuerbar.

Ich habe ein IPhone 15 und kann leider die Kopfhörer Galaxy Buds 2 pro nicht morbider App verbinden.

Support eingestellt für neue Produkte

Warum man den Support beendet verstehe ich ganz und gar nicht. Man verliert eher Kunden, als welche zu gewinnen. Warum sollte man wegen Buds 3 Pro sich jetzt ein Galaxy Smartphone kaufen🤦🏻‍♂️ Kunden sind genervt und kaufen dann erst recht nichts mehr von Samsung…

Kann meine Galaxy Buds 2 pro nicht verbinden.

Ist es möglich seine Galaxy Buds 2 pro mit der App zu verbinden? Bei mir werden sie leider nicht gefunden.

Die App verbindet sich nicht mit den buds

Meine buds+ verbinden sich super mit meinem Handy aber nicht mit der App. Ich versuche es schon seit einer Woche und nichts funktioniert.

Galaxy Buds Pro fehlen

Leider kann ich meine Kopfhörer nicht mit meinem IPhone koppeln, da die App nur die Galaxy buds live und die Galaxy buds + anbietet. Somit eine völlig nutzlose App für mich und wahrscheinlich viele andere, sehr schade

Leider gilt die App nicht für die Buds2 pro….

Kein Ton trotz erfolgreicher Kopplung

Buds sind verbunden, werden auch in der App angezeigt aber die Töne von Musik und Anruf kommen trotzdem aus dem Telefon (iPhone 15) anstatt aus den Buds. Hab auch schon die Buds zurückgesetzt, in die Ladestation gelegt, wieder rausgenommen etc. Nichts hilft.

Update für die App

Wie wäre es wenn es nöglich ist eine app oder ein Update rauszubringen damit man mit Samsunghardware nicht andauernd Probleme hat, Könnt ihr nicht bitte die Galaxy 2 pro reihe adden oder halt die app im allgemeinen mal Updaten ? Gibt es momentan eine alternative App ??

Galaxy Buds App funktioniert nicht mit iOS 17.5.1

Die Galaxy Buds2 Pro können zwar eine Bluetooth-Verbindung zu meinem iPhone 13 Pro einrichten, aber die App Galaxy Buds kann die Buds nicht finden.
