Open the charging case.
On your mobile device, tap Settings -> Bluetooth and then connect earbuds and mobile devices.
Launch the Samsung Galaxy Buds app, and the follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
* The Samsung Galaxy Buds application connects Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live to your iPhone.
* Use the Samsung Galaxy Buds application to set up and manage the following features.
- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Earbuds & Charging Case battery status
- Ambient Sound (Samsung Galaxy Buds+ only)
- Active Noise Cancelling (Samsung Galaxy Buds Live only)
- Equalizer Setting
- Touchpad Setting
- Advanced Feature
- Find my Earbuds
- Earbuds Software Update
* Compatibility:
- iPhone 7 or later models with the iOS 10 and higher version
- The Galaxy Buds application is not compatible with Galaxy Buds (SM-R170)
* Settings and features provided by the Galaxy Buds application are only available when Galaxy Buds+ or Galaxy Buds Live is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a proper connection between your earbuds and your mobile device.

Hey what does it take to make 1st gen available?
I am asking since Samsung is a keen advocate for sustainability and suddenly there is no support for older products.
It’s sincerely makes me doubt whether to purchase your products in the future.
No Galaxy Buds2 support

Wow - customers have been screaming for buds pro support for over 2 years, yet Samsung does nothing but provide the same generic answer to everyone.

App sucks
I have tried multiple times to connect the earbuds to the app and it will not find it.

I cant Update my buds live. When trying via the app, Its always say try again later, cant Connect to the server
Only support for 2 types of devices
While reading thede reviews, I can see reviews from febuary that asks when they will support more models, after 7 months they still haven’t added support for any other buds

It is terrible to sell a device and claim compatibility to iOS while the app is not yet available. Very irresponsible and annoying.
