Open the charging case.
On your mobile device, tap Settings -> Bluetooth and then connect earbuds and mobile devices.
Launch the Samsung Galaxy Buds app, and the follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.

- iPhone 7 or later models with the iOS 10 and higher version

Can’t connect my galaxy buds to the app
I bought the galaxy buds pro 2 yesterday and I can’t pair them to the app (or my computer for that matter).
Doesn’t work with buds 2
I would like to give a better review but I can even use de app because it doesn’t work with my Galaxy Buds2, you guys should put all the buds available
Not working with buds live
Please let me know why this app doesn’t work with Buds Live? Says that the update cannot connect with server. Any help?
