Open the charging case.
On your mobile device, tap Settings -> Bluetooth and then connect earbuds and mobile devices.
Launch the Samsung Galaxy Buds app, and the follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
* The Samsung Galaxy Buds application connects Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live to your iPhone.
* Use the Samsung Galaxy Buds application to set up and manage the following features.

Only basic functionality on iPhone
If you (Samsung) cannot or don’t want to offer full functionality, then make it very clear that the buds pro only work with basic functionality. Now you sell pretty expensive buds without offering the full experience.

Na vele pogingen en het raadplegen van verschillende bronnen geef ik het op. Het is onmogelijk op je Galaxy buds pro te verbinden met de ‘Samsung Galaxy Buds’ app als je een Iphone hebt. De buds werken verder naar behoren, maar een simpele verbinding met de bijbehorende app is schijnbaar te veel gevraagd van Samsung. Er blijkt ook geen verandering in te komen, ondanks de continue stroom aan 1-ster recensies. Voor mij de laatste keer dat ik draadloze Samung oortjes aanschaf.

kan niet verbinden
mijn galaxy buds pro 2 kunnen prima met mijn telefoon verbinden, maar in deze app wordt er geen device gevonden. ik heb alles geprobeerd om ze verbonden te krijgen met de app. ik heb ze helemaal opgeladen, ik heb drie seconde ingedrukt tot de lichtjes, ik heb ze in mijn oren gedaan en toen drie seconde ingedrukt tot ik een piep hoorde, maar niks werkt. ik kan nu niks instellen. verdient eigenlijk minder dan 1 ster.
