Open the charging case.
On your mobile device, tap Settings -> Bluetooth and then connect earbuds and mobile devices.
Launch the Samsung Galaxy Buds app, and the follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
* The Samsung Galaxy Buds application connects Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live to your iPhone.
* Use the Samsung Galaxy Buds application to set up and manage the following features.
- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device

Does not support my buds
I’ve had the galaxy buds 2 pro for almost a year and I haven’t been able to double tap to go to next song or triple tap to rewind. I’ve tried time and again to connect the earbuds to the app so I can set it and can’t. I’m actually sick of this limitation because even the cheapest buds have the double and triple tap features. I’m not getting the experience the earphones are meant to give me.
Not working for the galaxy buds2 pro
This app isn’t picking up the galaxy buds2 pro, so it’s useless to anyone who has any other buds beside the two listed on the app.

I own a galaxy buds pro but I am unable to operate it with the iPhone app , when would that be fixed?
Problem connecting to the app
I can’t seem to connect my bud in the app
Unable to connect with my IPhone
I have a Buds 2 Pro and am unable to connect it to my iPhone 12 Pro Max. The buds only connects to my phone via Bluetooth but not via the Galaxy app on the phone. I don’t understand the suggestion given to someone with a similar problem. Not sure what you meant by “Remove all instance of the Live from your Bluetooth “ Kindly assist.

No connection
Hi, When I was using a Samsung, I got a Samsung earbud and it was working perfectly but since I changed to an iPhone I can only connect to the earbud through Bluetooth and I’d love to be able to be connected to the Samsung bud app. Please help out
Bluetooth connection problem
I’ve tried to connect the buds to my Phone multiple times but it doesn’t work I bought the buds but when I use them, one ear sounds louder than the other I figured out the app can make both ears sound at the same volume but now it’s not even connecting to my phone. If this issue can be fixed the buds would be a 10/10, maybe the app has issues cos I know I’m doing everything right
