Regarding verification for withdrawl

I scan my statment and deive rlicense now asking me to scan passport what you want from my passport

Transaction Fees High

Good app but transactional fees for practically anything is too high

Payment deduction

My transaction has failed 2 times then the money got debited, i want to know the reason and why did it got debited when it got canceled 2 times and still if the payment has been debited then it has not been transferred to the person i was to send, even in the history tab it shows the payment has been declined.

Fake app all are scam

This app is not good I deposited 50 euro and I have already submitted all documemt but again and again asking bank statement after 3 month i open my account but the money has been converted into -50 euro all are scam do not download this app

Verification is taking ages, Worst experience

First thing is first, They didn’t ask you for any verification when you try to deposit. Later if you need to do any payment then the main issue arrives. They want you to verify your account, I know which is a good thing. I’ve got an email that my account has been verified. Later while opening the app it’s showing that my account is restricted so that I need to upload my photo holding the ID which I did. ***There is no communication after that** While I’m trying to understand to talk to an agent I got to know that the images was blurry and it was rejected. The pixel will break if I upload an image to the site. That’s just common sense. You need to atleast communicate that to me. My money is stuck in the wallet. It’s not from any gambling site. It’s my money which I’ve deposited from the card. This is the worst experience I’ve had with these people. Never ever use this 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

There is absolutely no support.

I had made an international payment and since 12 days it’s stuck and Skrill shows that the payment is done. There’s absolutely no support, live chat has a bot that doesn’t provide any help. I have emailed them 20 times with no reply whatsoever. So much money is wasted. THIS IS A SCAM. First few small transactions are easily done and when you do a BIG PAYMENT they keep the money and don’t reply even.

Support is not good from this Skrill.

Even after one week also they don’t respond to our ticket. It’s completely careless about customers problem.

Account restricted

My funds are stuck in my account and I submitted my address verification but 7 day after i checked my account no mail and no reply any verification approval or rejection , please skrill get back my funds.

Fraud

Totally fraud application I made international transfer through this application my money was debit from my account the application not working how to recollect my money asking verification but my all documents are rejected through the application can’t contact help line also.
