SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

They make it really easy to deposit the money then they make sure you can’t withdrawal your money back, do not download the call centre is automated and so is all the email/chatbot I want my money back

Scamming don’t bother with this app

I transferred AUD to the app while go it’s gone up a bit, so I decided to transfer the money to my Nz account I didn’t have Nz currency so I added it and linked it to my my mobile number then to my card but instead they took more money out of my account

Verification Process Ridiculous

THIS APP IS A SCAM!!! Customer Service does not exist! Do not download this app it is a waste of time and they will take your money and make up every excuse why you cannot withdraw it Update on previous review; After another 6 times trying to verify , 4 times trying to call International Call centre and filing several complaints via email to which there has been no response , yet on the app it says “RESOLVED” (Deposit money fine. But to actually use it to pay for anything or withdraw it back you have to jump through hoops….I have tried verifying my account about 8 times now and its a different excuse each time. No customer service, tried message, email, call…..Hopeless)

Had me worried at first….

I had withdrawn a large sum of money from the casino I was using and into my newly made account. My account was restricted and I couldn’t withdrew. I was worried I wasn’t going to get my money after seeing some reviews. I rang the customer service team and they were very helpful and a pretty quick turn around and was able to withdraw all of money. Initially was very skeptical but in the end it worked out really well and I’m happy. Great customer service!

Fraud

I got this app and add 500 dollars, I don't know how my account got canceled, now they are not giving my refund back.

Been using for ages. Good app.

Exchange rate

Skrill used to give better exchange rates in the past but western union gives better rates then skrill.

This app is money hungry and takes all your money and then doesn’t reply for so long! Don’t use it

Bad app

I’ve been trying to withdraw from my skrill account to my debit card it’s taken over 2weeks and still ain’t received any thing and then I had to change to another method of withdraw still nothing and yet they still charge you for your withdraws so twice I’ve had to pay for my withdraws and yet I’m still waiting on my withdraw funds going on a month so I would not recommend this app to anyone Smokey

Really poor

Where do you start… The transaction fees these guys are charging are absolutely ridiculous, and far far higher than others. When deposing it’s extremely unclear as to where you can use the funds - I’ve tried 4 websites and can’t use the funds on any of them. I deposited $250, paid over $30 in fees and can’t use the funds anywhere I want to. Crazy. Read the 1 star reviews and you’ll see a consistent trend of this feedback, I wish I had have before I deposited with these guys. Certainly won’t be back ever again…..
