SCAM do not use

Took my money but won’t respond to emails.

I’ve had skrill since I was a year under age and they restricted my account for being underage but only after I put $80 in there, that was a couple years ago now because I cannot access anything they’ve taken all that money for an ‘inactive fee’ I’ve tried contacting on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS via email. I either get no response or they tell me to go to settings? I CANNOT ACCESS ANYTHING THERE IS NO OPTION BUT THE CONTACT OPTION I JUST WANT IT GONE STOP TAKING MY MONEY.

Paysafe??? That’s a bit of a joke

Joined to pay a subscription (wouldn’t accept PayPal) thought being owned / operated by Paysafe my $ would be safe…. NO! Scammers got my money & apparently Paysafe can’t do anything… despite me needing to prove my identity… deleting the app - in case this is part of the scam

Horrible app someone transferred me money and they keep making me pay fees first it was $200 then $130 then another $200 and now they want me to pay a further $150 to be given my money the help team isn’t helpful at all and are very rude as I have spoken to them many times about the same issue I told them I will be reporting it as a scam and they told me not to do that because it’s not and I’ll be wasting my time by doing so I still haven’t received my funds they keep asking for more money

The worst app

The payment gateway I used, in which I invested my money trusting that it would work with a broker, turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had. When trying to make the deposit, I was informed that it was not possible. Subsequently, when attempting to withdraw my funds in US dollars, the platform converted them to another currency without my consent and charged me a 5% commission for the exchange, in addition to the transfer fee. This series of events leads me to believe that I fell victim to a scam, feeling that I was robbed. My trust in the platform was betrayed as I placed confidence in it by indicating that it worked in collaboration with the broker. However, this assertion proved to be deceptive when I attempted the deposit and encountered the impossibility of completing the transaction. This situation, coupled with the negative experience of the failed deposit and complications in fund withdrawal, generated deep distrust and significantly undermined the credibility of the service.

Worst experience ever in any customer service interaction I’ve ever had

These guys will ask for you to follow a process, paying $65USD to activate your account. Once you pay the activation fee, they will ask you for it again as the fee you paid in the $65USD won’t be enough. Terrible process, super dodgy, would NOT recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS APP

This app is literally TERRIBLE. I just got scammed on it. They sent me multiple emails asking me to send money to random people for random reasons like “insurance policy”. Please do not make the mistake of using this app like I did.
