Skrill - Wallet App

I've been using Skrill for a while now for both domestic and international money transfers, and overall, it’s been a solid experience. The app is easy to navigate and makes sending money to family and friends fairly simple. I appreciate that it supports multiple currencies and offers competitive exchange rates, which is great for sending funds overseas.

Stupid account lockout

Unverified account has very limited amount to deposit in. However, verification process is complicated & I tried many times but cannot succeed in addr verification. Support is useless from chat bot, email to person.

I've used it for 1 year. It's so good.

What happened with customer service team??? Very very slow responsive. I had an issue with deposit and contacted customer service but it’s been 3 days and no response??? Very bad experience.
