They have the highest fees I’ve ever seen in my life for a cash app and as soon as you’ll try to transfer money you your bank account they’ll fail the transaction and they’ll block your account saying that you need further verification and they’ll deny it Continuously until you give up , they have no live support and they just won’t answer by the phone on their website , FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY DO NOT USE THEM, IT A SCAM

So my account got blocked, no reason given. Basically stolen $1000 which for me is a lot of money. Wouldn’t trust this company with any of your funds

I opened my account long time agdidnt use it, and only now figured I had fees for in activity. Can’t figure how to close the account which is very stressful Feels like I’ve been robbed

They take your money and won’t let you use it. they block the option for online shopping so I can’t buy anything with it and now my money is stuck in my account, if I want to transfer it back to my bank account they charge more than 50% fee of the amount! I recommend you to not use this app.

No response from their service, request stays on escalated or in process for weeks without any update or attention. Fees that weren’t mentioned over the phone, appear on withdrawal. Disappointing.

They will steal your money and they will close your account for any small reason, I did upload my passport ,ID , school degrees and selfies but they stole my money and shut down my account, when I contacted them before the shut down they told me we will let u withdrawal your money after that they told me no you’re not allowed you have to change it to cryptocurrency and withdrawal , but they just manipulate me and today they just shut down my account and I don’t know where is my money , 0/10 don’t trust them go to other applications it’s safe for your money trust me , and I have prove and everything for what I said. PS all of this happened because I didn’t prove my address and I told them I’m not in my country and I’ll send the prove of address when I arrive but they didn’t wait.
