I strongly advise against using this application. The worst application I have ever used. There is no problem to top up your account on this application, but there is a huge problem with getting your money back. You deal with all your problems with a soulless robot that bombards you with a lot of links and every time asks you to evaluate its work. A human is irreplaceable, but in this application there is no question of consulting a human on the other side. Money transfers take two or more days, so it is probably easier to send by regular mail. Huge problems with transfers, delays that can turn a vacation, business, or other important transaction into real hell with a lot of nerves. I strongly and categorically advise against it. There are many other customer-friendly applications on the market.

I have used it for first time to transfer money abroad and they just deducted it and transfer it. Have been trying to contact them since so long but no response whatsoever. I had sent out €527. Better to use wise !!!

I have done my international transfer to my family using skrill money transfer but the amount is not yet received by recipient even the timeframe has passed already . My account successfully verified . I tried to reach out there customer support but there phone line are not available, they are not even replying to my email and their chat bot is also not useful . The amount has already been deducted from my account and as per their policy if the transfer is not successful I would get my money refunded which didn’t happen yet. I won’t recommend to use any such app for money transfer where there is no custome support , no guarantee of money transfer as I might have lost my money using there app .

I made a international money transfer and it did not hit my bank account . Have to chase them for a week to get sorted

Offlately your service is just bad and as a Skriller I’m not happy about it I can’t even send money on emergencies please update your services

Will never use again I have already chat with the support to enquire why payment hasn’t been transferred and they said it will not be transferred, my account is fully verified, no issues with it, but payment is debited from me but cant credit to the other side. And there is no reason

Even after sending multiple documents they are rejecting it for silly reasons.

I will no longer use my old bank, because Skrill is simply the best bank I’ve ever had. Thanks guys for the amazing service and your support and staff’
