Worst payment app i have ever used

Will never use again I have already chat with the support to enquire why payment hasn’t been transferred and they said it will not be transferred, my account is fully verified, no issues with it, but payment is debited from me but cant credit to the other side. And there is no reason

Worst app used still date.

Even after sending multiple documents they are rejecting it for silly reasons.

Thieves

Don’t go near these people. They steal your money that is sent to you. Much better apps out there like MiFinity. Avoid, they WILL steal your money.

Not good

I downloaded Skrills for business reasons and they were amazing at the start. Quick transferring money and quick to reply to small little queries but when it comes to money queries and receiving your money when it has been stuck or on pending for no reason they are very bad at responding. I’m waiting weeks for a response , let alone my money. I’m very upset by this as I was very happy to be with them in the start. They have no contact team. Their chat bot is zero help. The number they claim to have on their app and website is inactive. Turned into a very bad service but I hope my opinion will change in due time.

This application is a scam. I urge to NOT put your money in this app because they will RIP YOU off!!! I have been a customer for a while, they have restricted my account and are not accepting my documents for verification. They customer service is full of scammers and they are not there to help you at all!!! THIS APP SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN !!!

Beware

Disappointed 1% to deposit and 7.5% to withdraw. Charging €5/m to have an account.

Too complicated

Took me ages to even set up the account. Then once I got in I put money on it and now I cannot get that money back because it won’t read my location correctly even though i was in the exact same place I entered when making the account! Stupid.

Absolutely DOG SHITE

Worst app ever I’ve been waiting weeks for a response to get restrictions lifted on my account. Zero customer service just waiting for me to give up so they can keep my money. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP
