After last update app crashes when I try to substitute exercise
Each week I have the same problem: when I open the app, it shows me the logo and pink background for 5seconds and then closes the app so there has been more times than I could count when I cannot do my programme because the app doesn't work. Super annoying. That aside - the best app ever. If only it didn't crash so much.
I have been using it over a year now and probably will use it for years to come. Awesome trainers, lot of options in training styles and most importantly - super easy to use. Definitely recommend it!
I used to pay a lot of money for a gym membership in a gym that had lots of group training possibilities. After starting with Sweat, I’ve switched to a cheaper gym or done the workouts at home or even while travelling around. And I’ve never been in better shape nor felt better about myself and my body. The app challenges you to best yourself and the community reminds you not to compare yourself with others but with yourself, which I find is key for improvement. Thanks, Sweat, for introducing me to a new way of working out that I thoroughly enjoy!
Super. I have always been training, but never got that right balance. I have even started following the food plan and i love it. feel like i am eating in a restaurant every night. One thing that i’d change. I like to mix my trainings so adding a harder vinyasa yoga once a week. So i just do it from youtube and add it as one of the yogas that is listed in your plan.
Sweat app came to be when I most needed it and helped me keep track!
Very good for motivation
I have now used the Sweat app for 2 months and am incredibly content with it. I’ve become really impressed by it and positively dependent on it more and more day by day. I’ve chosen BBG Zero Eq 1.0 as my main programme but have made a kind of a rule to follow Sara’s NEW Pilates On Demand workouts during the weekends, plus another 1-2 workouts from the other trainers over each week. I have to admit that I truly love the Pilates trainings as well, and in general Sweat is soooo full of great options! I sometimes feel like a Small Girl who cannot wait for another “Suprise” to be revealed...So much have I started to LOVE the doable-at-home workouts that I can really do at any time, eg when I have a 1-hour break between work meetings or right in the morning to kick the day off.
App is constantly giving error messages about not being able to connect to internet on both wifi and data, both are working fine and restarting etc. doesn’t help. Missed workouts because of the errors which is really annoying.
