TouchNote Custom Cards & Gifts

When it takes longer than a week to receive a single card, it’s very disappointing. Upfront timing and in app tracking should be available. It really shouldn’t take longer than a day to print out a card that was already made. They shouldn’t take longer than a week for the person to get it from the time of printing, this is hugely disappointing.

In the time it took hubs and me to decide what we were making for supper, I also designed our Christmas card on TouchNote. And while it simmered, I added a few new addresses, chose all the recipients, and hit Order. My silver membership meant I had all the credits I needed. Done! And I know they’ll all arrive well before Christmas, in three different countries. I’m so, so glad I followed my sis-in-law’s lead and started using TouchNote a few years ago! It’s saved me untold time and stamps, and it’s a boon for my arthritic hands not to have to write them. Bravo, TouchNote!

When TouchNote first started, I was an enthusiastic user and the customer service was excellent, providing personalized service. I lost interest when the customer service deteriorated and the features were less than promised, notably the ability to reuse cards already completed and held in memory. No one seemed to care.

Maybe it is “… better to give than to receive” Touchnotes vis-à-vis giving a friend or family a sight, a feel, a postcard – even a smell! Sobering that takes more time to recover Can have a greater touch. What do you feel now!? I’m renewing my credits.

I enjoyed this all in the past. The membership fees are VERY misleading. You will not be paying monthly as the instructions imply. Also funds are not in Canadian/US so be prepared for a HIGE bill. In addition I have now “cancelled” my membership five times and received no confirmation of it. I liked the app previously but this is not cool.

I had been using this app for a few years. This past Christmas I had sent a bunch of cards but things weren’t working, because of the issues I had sent duplicate cards. Tried many times to reach out for help and don’t even get a response back from TouchNote. I have credits with them still but I’m at the point where I don’t even care to use them because the service is just so bad. Don’t recommend, find another company that offers a similar zero and go with them. Save yourself the hassle

I have ordered two cards with Touchnote although the quality was good for both orders, I had to reorder the cards because they were not received during the estimated time frame. If it had happened once, I could overlook it. But twice? That’s 100% fail rate on 100% of my orders.
