I have letters from 2022 that haven’t been sent yet?? No thanks lol + we had to cancel our credit card because they tried to steal information and we were almost scammed Definitely not worth the trouble

When it takes longer than a week to receive a single card, it’s very disappointing. Upfront timing and in app tracking should be available. It really shouldn’t take longer than a day to print out a card that was already made. They shouldn’t take longer than a week for the person to get it from the time of printing, this is hugely disappointing.

price goes up every year and credits expire. i won't be subscribing again

In the time it took hubs and me to decide what we were making for supper, I also designed our Christmas card on TouchNote. And while it simmered, I added a few new addresses, chose all the recipients, and hit Order. My silver membership meant I had all the credits I needed. Done! And I know they’ll all arrive well before Christmas, in three different countries. I’m so, so glad I followed my sis-in-law’s lead and started using TouchNote a few years ago! It’s saved me untold time and stamps, and it’s a boon for my arthritic hands not to have to write them. Bravo, TouchNote!

When TouchNote first started, I was an enthusiastic user and the customer service was excellent, providing personalized service. I lost interest when the customer service deteriorated and the features were less than promised, notably the ability to reuse cards already completed and held in memory. No one seemed to care.

Maybe it is “… better to give than to receive” Touchnotes vis-à-vis giving a friend or family a sight, a feel, a postcard – even a smell! Sobering that takes more time to recover Can have a greater touch. What do you feel now!? I’m renewing my credits.

I enjoyed this all in the past. The membership fees are VERY misleading. You will not be paying monthly as the instructions imply. Also funds are not in Canadian/US so be prepared for a HIGE bill. In addition I have now “cancelled” my membership five times and received no confirmation of it. I liked the app previously but this is not cool.
