Fastest, most relaxed Christmas cards EVER

In the time it took hubs and me to decide what we were making for supper, I also designed our Christmas card on TouchNote. And while it simmered, I added a few new addresses, chose all the recipients, and hit Order. My silver membership meant I had all the credits I needed. Done! And I know they’ll all arrive well before Christmas, in three different countries. I’m so, so glad I followed my sis-in-law’s lead and started using TouchNote a few years ago! It’s saved me untold time and stamps, and it’s a boon for my arthritic hands not to have to write them. Bravo, TouchNote!

Disappointed

When TouchNote first started, I was an enthusiastic user and the customer service was excellent, providing personalized service. I lost interest when the customer service deteriorated and the features were less than promised, notably the ability to reuse cards already completed and held in memory. No one seemed to care.

Tangible touchable postcards

Maybe it is “… better to give than to receive” Touchnotes vis-à-vis giving a friend or family a sight, a feel, a postcard – even a smell! Sobering that takes more time to recover Can have a greater touch. What do you feel now!? I’m renewing my credits.

No reason I should have needed to get the app

I just wanted to see an address I had saved and I needed to get the dumb app

Too bad about payment issues

I enjoyed this all in the past. The membership fees are VERY misleading. You will not be paying monthly as the instructions imply. Also funds are not in Canadian/US so be prepared for a HIGE bill. In addition I have now “cancelled” my membership five times and received no confirmation of it. I liked the app previously but this is not cool.

Used to be good, not anymore

I had been using this app for a few years. This past Christmas I had sent a bunch of cards but things weren’t working, because of the issues I had sent duplicate cards. Tried many times to reach out for help and don’t even get a response back from TouchNote. I have credits with them still but I’m at the point where I don’t even care to use them because the service is just so bad. Don’t recommend, find another company that offers a similar zero and go with them. Save yourself the hassle

Shipping takes too long

I have ordered two cards with Touchnote although the quality was good for both orders, I had to reorder the cards because they were not received during the estimated time frame. If it had happened once, I could overlook it. But twice? That’s 100% fail rate on 100% of my orders.

One Very disappointed customer

I am very disappointed with your app. I have sent 2 cards to 2 different people on two different occasions. And none of them has been delivered. I have been trying to contact you several times now and no response. I just get your automated emails. I just wasted $8.10 per card that has not been delivered. If I were you don't waste your time on this app. I thought they would be a great app to send cards but I was wrong. I will be closing my account and I would be very much appreciative if I could get a refund, please! And I already report to Apple.
