Excellent app, brings a personal touch to ur feelings in this age of cold SMS & emails. Easy to use and very convenient and deliveries with in the given dates. Highly recommended for those who still believe a post card brings thousand times more joy then any electronic messages.

This app never reminds you when your monthly card offer expires which means you can easily miss your ‘free’ card for that month. They could just send you a monthly reminder…… but they don’t. Update: Despite their response telling me I receive monthly reminders to use the credits, I never did. Hence I cancelled this membership and whilst trying to use up my remaining monthly postcards, they cut off my account so I couldn’t use the credit. Email to customer service and ambiguous responses, no one is dealing with the credit I’m owed. Disappointing- this is why I cancelled the subscription. SUBSCRIBE WITH CAUTION.

I ordered 8 thanks you cards around 26 June. There was a slight delay as I made an error but I then rectified it. I bought the cards. Paid 26£. Only 2 so far have been received. 4 supposedly are sent but not received and 2 have never been sent. Have written so many messages but zero support or anyone to contact. It’s a disgrace
