It is the only app i use to send cards. Every time delivers on time. Simple to use and accessible. I highly recommend it!

I love it and it always arrives to destination (except maybe when it's very busy,like winter holidays...it happened to me to send 3 and only one arrived,but I guess it depends here more on the post). Overall very good quality of cards and post cards. I'm very happy with their services

Love this app but there are still some bugs - such as access to photos for stamps and the submit button when choosing addresses. Otherwise it’s great

TouchNote is a fantastic app for sending customized cards and postcards to family and friends. The app itself is so easy, and the product offering is so brilliant.

The App doesn’t open for me anymore. No doubt deleting it will mean all my previous cards and saved addresses will be lost. You support a business for years and years and then they shaft you, just in time for Christmas

I love using TouchNote as I enjoy expressing how I feel about somebody in a unique way and I love getting people unique gifts

They are hugely vague on pricing, which is very off-putting. You buy tokens, but what does a token get? There are savings for buying bulk tokens, but the tokens expire (no notification system) so you lose your money if it isn’t all used. But then they don’t tell you how much longer. It’s like its actively designed to trick you Rule #1 with a low ticket consumer app is to get your loyal customers to use you more. Touchnote seems to go out of its way to sting its loyal customers. Eg offer 2y token planning, with reminders, and we’d use for holidays not just christmas.

Easy to use, wide choice of formats and finishing touches,hassle-free service. Fab!
