Credits expire and you are simply robbed. Criminal Organisation. I will never again spend a dime with these gangsters. I wonder how thats even legal. Thieves.

The app doesn’t allow for cancellation via its platform, only by email. After several unanswered emails, I was only responded to after a threat to report fraud. They responded my subscription would be cancelled, however, I was then charged for the next year. The time and effort to simply cancel are not worth the use of this app when there are many other post card apps.

I use TouchNote since many years and I like the app and the card. Few days agoI had accidentally done a membership (EUR 47.00). I made a ticket by the suppport, which cancelled the membership and refund the money. The guys are honest and reliable. I will use TouchNote futhermore.

My 96 year old mother does not have a smart phone but she loves to see photos of her family. TouchNote postcards are my quick and easy solution. She loves them.

Since a couple of days I can not send cards. When i try it says error try later. I still have credits and can’t use them. Will delete this and try something else

J’essaye en vain d’annuler mon membership sur l’app on peut y accéder mais un message sort et demande de faire cette action sur l’ordinateur mais c’est impossible... je me sens arnaquée...

Too many postcards have never reached their destination. Both from my account and others I have spoken to.

I bought a lot of credit and because I didn’t use it all up in one year they deleted my credit....TouchNote that’s NOT how to get customers or keep customers....

All great upfront intentions. Until you run into problems. backend Support, not fit for purpose . opened a least three problem Tickets with regard to an issue with credit details .” Popup always insisting i need to update my credit cards details” (just to note i had updated my details and received confirmation) Unable to bypass request disabling my use of the APP Over the past-five weeks one response without a solution to the problem. Have not heard nothing since the first contact other than that after opening the following tickets the standard email arrives. “An agent will be in contact within 24hours “ At this rate 24 Months could be about right.
