TouchNote Custom Cards & Gifts

2/2 cards I’ve sent have not been delivered. I requested a refund of my subscription and was denied.

I love receiving the beautiful photos of my grandchildren! I grew up purchasing post cards and mailing them to my Grandmother whenever I traveled and now I receive the most adorable ones! Sometime the Postal Service will be a little delayed in their delivery.

I loved the idea of this and paid for several cards. Unfortunately, only 2 or 3 of the several I sent actually made it to the recipients - even after more than one attempt.

This is one of the easiest and most fun way for me to keep in touch with others. It is especially nice to send quick notes to the elder aunts and uncles in my family that appreciate a good old-fashioned letter.

Innovative idea and concept.

I don't have space to update my OS. And the app no longer opens without updating. I don't like being forced to update.

I’ve used touchnote for years. I have a pile of credits. They’ve made the interface so confusing with the add-ons and other fees that they make it almost impossible to just use my credits that i have already paid for. If my mother used this they would be ripping her off.

Can’t create stamps for some reason Pricing and subscriptions are really confusing. If they fixed the SBC and features this is a real winner. People love getting the postcards.

Love this app! I love surprising people with little cards in the mail!

This used to be my favorite app. We travel a lot & I send postcards to my aunts & uncles who are in their 80s & 90s and great nieces & nephews. They really enjoy getting mail especially with pictures of us on the postcards. This past year on 2 different occasions, when I have sent them they were never received or they took 4-5 weeks before delivery. We traveled in the USA and all recipients were I’d the USA. it’s really bad when one neice gets hers & her brother doesn’t get it for a week or so or never.
