I love TouchNote, and have used it for years, but credits have become massively expensive. I don’t have any use for a subscription, and I also don’t want to send a card that costs $10, so I’ve been priced out. Too bad, if it were better value for money, it would be a great service!

So simple to use and great options!

This is such a great way to let someone know they’re thought of. More meaningful when delivered by mail.

I’ve used this app for a few years and it is OK, but LOTS of room for improvement. For example, 4 days ago (Monday) I ordered a postcard for my daughter at sleep away camp. It got printed the same day, but they still haven’t mailed it. I’d like to send more cards (space them out), but the last time I did that they mailed all 3 on the same day. It is really hard to time anything. Of the dozens of cards I’ve sent, about 25% never get to the recipient. Every time I try saving a card to send later, it is gone when I log back in. There are also lots of simple edits you can’t make paying regular price, you need to upgrade and pay a lot more to add a sticker, edit an image, etc., which is silly since you’re already paying and it is just a flimsy piece of paper being printed.

The app will tell you it is shipping a specific day when you place an order (usually the same day or next day) but the card doesn’t really ship for several days after that. If you need cards to go out fast, this is not a good option.

I love using this app. I can share pictures much cheaper than just sending pictures to each person and I can add a note to keep in touch! And, it helps me stay in touch with people more readily.

My in laws are not on social media, they don’t like and don’t want a smart phone. So we can’t digitally send them pictures of our kids. Increasingly as they have gotten older they truly cherish these post cards of what the kids are up to. It’s economical in my opinion. My parents enjoy putting the post cards on their refrigerator. I just think this is a wonderful thing to do that brings so much joy!

The card was never sent, I was constantly lied to and gaslit in all interactions with customer service. Do not use if you need a card to arrive in a timely manner.

We’ve been using touchup for years while our kids were at camp. It’s so easy and awesome, and they love it. We look forward to using it even after they leave camp and are off to college.
