TouchNote Custom Cards & Gifts

Good idea but I’ve encountered problems where some postcards were not sent.

This app makes sending postcards so easy. Now I don't have to worry about finding a local post office or stamps when I travel. Just snap pictures and send. It's more personal too and the best part is my message is legible!

Really good though getting a bit expensive these days.

This app never reminds you when your monthly card offer expires which means you can easily miss your ‘free’ card for that month. They could just send you a monthly reminder…… but they don’t. Update: Despite their response telling me I receive monthly reminders to use the credits, I never did. Hence I cancelled this membership and whilst trying to use up my remaining monthly postcards, they cut off my account so I couldn’t use the credit. Email to customer service and ambiguous responses, no one is dealing with the credit I’m owed. Disappointing- this is why I cancelled the subscription. SUBSCRIBE WITH CAUTION.

I have used TouchNote for a long time now I can not fault their service their product quality and their excellent customer service Well done TouchNote

I ordered 8 thanks you cards around 26 June. There was a slight delay as I made an error but I then rectified it. I bought the cards. Paid 26£. Only 2 so far have been received. 4 supposedly are sent but not received and 2 have never been sent. Have written so many messages but zero support or anyone to contact. It’s a disgrace
