Good service and all, but they have on purpose made it tricky for you to end your subscription. You cannot do it in the app itself and they tell you to “login with your user on your computer”(?). When you go to their page there is no field/button for logging in. Like many other companies, this is done so people will stay paying members until they one, final day bother to figure out this mess.

I love to send postcards and this is a great way to personalise them

Buying credits for what? Why shall I buy a credit for 5 post cards, when I just want to send 1? Why do I get a "discount" when I prepay several postcards, but don't give me the option to buy just one? I am willed to pay more when I just want to send 1, but you don't give me the option! I am not willed to give you my money and after 12 months you just take the money and tell me the credits expired. I wonder actually if that is legal in EU, where the minimum normally is 2 years!

I ordered a canvas for a friend of mine. This was ordered 22 dec. - and was to be expected at 6 of Jan. I contacted them by mail 9th of jan - and where promised that they would send a new canvas due to postal wrong deliverance (they claimed). New date we’re set to arrive, but again it didn’t show up. I have tried to contact them through mail 2 times now, but they have stopped to respond. I feel scammed, and also payed a lot for the canvas.. recommend others to stay away from this service.

I live abroad, and this service provides a perfect way for me to send notes and postcards to family in the US. Much faster, and ultimately cheaper as well! Excellent service, recommend highly.

Had about 37 credits and two weeks ago Found it to be zero? Was told that credits expire after 12 months. When I Signes up that was not the deal. So Yes Im not to Happy about it and i will because of that not continue In the future

Har benyttet Touchnote siden starten. Veldig tilfreds og kvaliteten av postkort er fin. Utilfreds med at det ble innført 12 måneders frist for bruk av et kjøp av et bestemt antall kort.

Veldig hyggelig og morsom måte å sende kort til dem som liker å få hilsen i postkassen. Enkelt og greit.
