TouchNote Custom Cards & Gifts

Attempted to order a card and pay via Apple Pay - payment went through but then the card failed to upload. Money was taken from my account but there was no way to re-upload the card - I was just taken back to a draft state. I tried this again and experienced the same issue before realising I was actually being charged despite my order not processing. Have reached out for a refund but not heard back yet. Also worth noting - I find this app very deceptive - full of dark pattern designs and upsells. I wonder how many people have been deceived into purchasing a subscription they don’t actually want? I understand the need to make money in a competitive category but this app makes it difficult to just simply order a single card with out accidentally paying for more than you need to.

At last a postcard that arrives before you get back from your holiday. Simple to use and great value.

I have a large,scattered family and friends. Sending birthday cards or photos on my travels is so easy with Touchnote. Each month I send several. Postage is paid by Touchnote which is really good if I am in a strange place and can not find a post office. I appreciate that cards are printed in the country to which they are going. Saves money on stamps and lowers the airmiles. I have had a good response each time I have contacted tbe support team.

The product is good however it is a bit sly that when you’re trying to use it they bombard you with popups for membership, which you’ll eventually sign up for by mistake.

We travel a lot and like to send postcards to the grandkids aged 4 to 10 but could never find ones to really interested them. They love the Touch note cards especially the ones with us or their cousins in them.

So easy to make one - so quick when delivered! What a great app and service - even better as postage of paper gets more and more expensive.

I used this app to send postcards for many years but now it is rubbish. I have paid for credits but cannot proceed when I get to the checkout. The support has not been helpful. Give me back my money please.

I thought I had chosen a pack. I thought I had already paid for but I have had to double click . Thought I could use PayPal but not given the option later at payment Sandi

Great way to keep in touch with loved ones!

As avid photographers we take many photos as we travel. These we use to send as post cards to our grandchildren who are delighted as they love to receive mail, and find out where we are and what is happening. So thank you for a wonderful way to stay in contact with our Grandies.
