Sly membership scam

The product is good however it is a bit sly that when you’re trying to use it they bombard you with popups for membership, which you’ll eventually sign up for by mistake.

Travel photos for the grandkids

We travel a lot and like to send postcards to the grandkids aged 4 to 10 but could never find ones to really interested them. They love the Touch note cards especially the ones with us or their cousins in them.

Fast!

So easy to make one - so quick when delivered! What a great app and service - even better as postage of paper gets more and more expensive.

Very disappointing

I used this app to send postcards for many years but now it is rubbish. I have paid for credits but cannot proceed when I get to the checkout. The support has not been helpful. Give me back my money please.

Grandchildren’s Delight

As avid photographers we take many photos as we travel. These we use to send as post cards to our grandchildren who are delighted as they love to receive mail, and find out where we are and what is happening. So thank you for a wonderful way to stay in contact with our Grandies.

Great Postcard app when travelling and for sending greeting cards.

I have used this app since 2013 and although I enjoyed using it then, I love the improvements. I can write more now and family and friends appreciate getting personal photos. It's so easy to send off a photo when you have time and not worry about looking for a post office. I had a recent problem with a postcode to another country and emailed the help support. Received a prompt reply which I didn't expect as I am on the other side of the world. My problem was solved. Thanks Touchnote.

Totally unreliable service!

I have had a premium service for 12 months and most of the cards I tried to send never arrived even though were correctly addressed to family members. I have asked for my money back because I have paid for a service that has not been received. They have refused to provide a refund! I could not recommend this app.

I tried to use this app to create a birthday gift for my sister and it doesn’t work. It prevents me from typing and pasting photos and lovely pictures. If only this app could work but it doesn’t do anything. It’s just a waste of space
