They took my money but after 11 days the card has still not arrived. I feel like I was scammed and I am saddened I was not able to send a birthday card to my family member. I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this service. Anyone considering the service, don’t do it!!! Save yourself the heartbreak. Printing and mailing your own card is more reliable. After contacting customer service they said they will resend the card but it has already missed the date I needed it by. I am continuing to wait and see if the card ever arrives.

This app never reminds you when your monthly card offer expires which means you can easily miss your ‘free’ card for that month. They could just send you a monthly reminder…… but they don’t. Update: Despite their response telling me I receive monthly reminders to use the credits, I never did. Hence I cancelled this membership and whilst trying to use up my remaining monthly postcards, they cut off my account so I couldn’t use the credit. Email to customer service and ambiguous responses, no one is dealing with the credit I’m owed. Disappointing- this is why I cancelled the subscription. SUBSCRIBE WITH CAUTION.

I ordered 8 thanks you cards around 26 June. There was a slight delay as I made an error but I then rectified it. I bought the cards. Paid 26£. Only 2 so far have been received. 4 supposedly are sent but not received and 2 have never been sent. Have written so many messages but zero support or anyone to contact. It’s a disgrace
