Na sexta feira dia 15/11/2024 fiz uma encomenda através da Uber eats e recebi um frango pobre e umas bolachas que não foram por mim soliciatas. Contactei a Uber eats através do chat de ajuda com fotos e dizendo que tenho os artigos aqui intactos a espera que venham fazer a troca ou que me devolvam o dinheiro. Ao que me foi respondido que o meu pedido é elegível para reembolso. Tudo certo mas é a troca??? Sou obrigada a pagar e ficar com frango pobre e bolachas que não foram as por mim pedidas??? Não aceito! E pretendo a solução com maior brevidade!

I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but my last experience with this app was ridiculous. I got charged $23 and some change for a package of chicken that was clearly marked as no more than $9 both on the app and on the package. The driver was fine, so it's not on him, but when I tried to address the issue, they said it was my fault for not keeping track while they shopped. Isn’t the whole point of placing an order so it’s one less thing to worry about? Customer service couldn’t even help.
Double charged
I got charged double and never received my money back so I’m deleting this app
