Love how the platform gives a variety of options with decent delivery prices and sometimes good offers.

It is horrible I had the worst experience They stole my money and said they had nothing to do with it and they took forever to respond d to my claims. To make it worse they do t have a contact number so one can only talk to them using help which is extremely hard to find as well. I have deleted the app and I hate it so much . Too many scammers

If you ever have an issue with the app or a Rider, forget your order and don’t bother because there is no sufficient customer support most of the time you are dealing with a bot to help you stand your ground cook your own food and do not give them business so that they can improve their services. Otherwise it will remain as bad as it is.

Multiple orders canceled by stores

This is the most draining app honestly,they charged my mpesa twice and no order was delivered,i have been complaining for 3 dsys now and o keep getting the same response even after sending them the M-PESA statement,the customer support is not helping…for a big company you people need to fo better

I ordered via uber eats and the money was received. However on my end it claimed that the order was cancelled. I was not able to receive my order despite them taking my money. To make matters worse they do not have an actual customer care to respond to resolve matters. I had to settle to chatting with an online customer care who said to wait for re-embursement of my money after 2 weeks!!! I am extremely dissatisfied.

Why would you cancel my order after deducting payment from my end??

Was great until I had a rider bring my coffee, skill it, not tell me and refuse to give back my money. Uber did nothing, will never use it again. Good thing is most restaurants deliver directly and faster so never again. I was a loyal customer
