So many updates!
Every time I want to use the app it needs an update! It seems like every week there’s a new version… not a good thing for useability I’m afraid

If you live in Switzerland, you can open our digital product line UBS key4 directly via app:
• UBS key4 banking for your private banking
• UBS key4 business for the founding of an SA or SARL
Do you meet the requirements to use our Mobile Banking App?
• iPhone with at least iOS version 15.0
• You are client of a UBS Group company and benefit from UBS’s corresponding digital services.
How secure is our Mobile Banking App?
In short, UBS Mobile Banking provides state-of-the-art security.
How? Our security concept protects you fourfold. We uniquely identify you with the Access App or Access Card. By defining security settings and activating real-time notifications, you can increase security even more. Furthermore, we use artificial intelligence to check certain transactions for irregularities. And we help you use the internet safely – see our security recommendations on ubs.com/security.

Amazing
Amazing, the best banking app I’ve ever used it!
Slow & Clunky
Banking apps I’ve quickly discovered in Switzerland are awful. Unresponsive, slow to action or load and often error out. UBS is no exception, and considering this country was built on banks, and had amazing technology at its disposal - it’s incredibly disappointing to have to try and wrestle awful interfaces, buggy performance and horrendous customer facing language.

Solide, Platz für Verbesserung
Kommend von CSX App gefallen mir die zusätzlichen Möglichkeiten wie bspw. Edelmetalle handeln zu können. Auch die Access App ist fortgeschrittener (Initialisieren eines neuen Geräts, Bluetooth, etc.). Man merkt es ist eine Plattform dahinter, die mehr ermöglicht. Negativ fallen mir auf die sehr helle farbliche Gestaltung (kein Dark Modus oder Diskret Modus welcher die Kontosaldi ausblendet), die allg. unübersichtlichere Darstellung von Portfolios, Zahlungen mit DA und Konti. Hier wäre es toll, wenn man sich von CSX einiges abschauen würde. Auch könnte die App für das Tablet optimierter sein. Kurz: Mehr Fokus auf die Basics und Übersichtlichkeit ist adressiert. Das anbieten aller Funktionen vom k E-Banking ist zentral. Gutes von CSX abschauen und Innovation vorantreiben. App ist überdies zu Gross (10x grösser 90 vs 900 MB als CSX auf iPad - wieso das!?)

Ads in the app
If I pay for my bank account monthly, I do not wish to receive pop-up ads about 3a investing for UBS. This is unprofessional and if I would appreciate ads in my ebanking then ai could get a free bank cler account.
