If you live in Switzerland, you can open our digital product line UBS key4 directly via app:
• UBS key4 banking for your private banking
• UBS key4 business for the founding of an SA or SARL
Do you meet the requirements to use our Mobile Banking App?
• iPhone with at least iOS version 15.0
• You are client of a UBS Group company and benefit from UBS’s corresponding digital services.
How secure is our Mobile Banking App?
In short, UBS Mobile Banking provides state-of-the-art security.
How? Our security concept protects you fourfold. We uniquely identify you with the Access App or Access Card. By defining security settings and activating real-time notifications, you can increase security even more. Furthermore, we use artificial intelligence to check certain transactions for irregularities. And we help you use the internet safely – see our security recommendations on ubs.com/security.

Unable to open account
I keep trying to open an account at UBS and every time I arrive at the info page for my address, it says there is a problem and I need to try again later.
Doesn’t work
I get a blank page instead of a login, even after several app updates
Doesn’t work anymore without iOS 13 at minimum!!
Using an iPhone 6 on iOS 12 perfectly running and now that application says I need to upgrade to the latest iOS 13 at least to be able to download, which I cannot since my phone is only on v12... what do I do now??? Throw a perfectly working phone in the trash? Common UBS, you can do better than that.. make your application backwards compatible with older iOS version too!
Worst User experience
Once you figure it out the app may work. However, if you are familiar with Canadian bank apps this will seem like going back in time by a decade. Everything you want to do is complicated, cumbersome, and takes multiple steps. I’m not sure why the main screen has been replaced by the help screen but there’s no summary of your bank accounts. If you’re a customer you really have no choice but be forewarned.
Complicated app
Not intuitive, took me a month to figure out how to pay my credit card and now Im being asked to use the security card on the first payment which I still dont know how to do. Ive used many banking institutions and this is the most complicated by far.

Das ist der Grund warum wir Seitenstechen 20 Jahrwn bei UBS sind.
Solide, Platz für Verbesserung
Kommend von CSX App gefallen mir die zusätzlichen Möglichkeiten wie bspw. Edelmetalle handeln zu können. Auch die Access App ist fortgeschrittener (Initialisieren eines neuen Geräts, Bluetooth, etc.). Man merkt es ist eine Plattform dahinter, die mehr ermöglicht. Negativ fallen mir auf die sehr helle farbliche Gestaltung (kein Dark Modus oder Diskret Modus welcher die Kontosaldi ausblendet), die allg. unübersichtlichere Darstellung von Portfolios, Zahlungen mit DA und Konti. Hier wäre es toll, wenn man sich von CSX einiges abschauen würde. Auch könnte die App für das Tablet optimierter sein. Kurz: Mehr Fokus auf die Basics und Übersichtlichkeit ist adressiert. Das anbieten aller Funktionen vom k E-Banking ist zentral. Gutes von CSX abschauen und Innovation vorantreiben. App ist überdies zu Gross (10x grösser 90 vs 900 MB als CSX auf iPad - wieso das!?)
