• iPhone with at least iOS version 15.0
• You are client of a UBS Group company and benefit from UBS’s corresponding digital services.
How secure is our Mobile Banking App?
In short, UBS Mobile Banking provides state-of-the-art security.
How? Our security concept protects you fourfold. We uniquely identify you with the Access App or Access Card. By defining security settings and activating real-time notifications, you can increase security even more. Furthermore, we use artificial intelligence to check certain transactions for irregularities. And we help you use the internet safely – see our security recommendations on ubs.com/security.

Doesn’t work half of the time
Every second time I use the app all favorites and functions stop working (try later). iPad browser: despite of update a minute ago UBS blocks access because of outdated browser. I will change banks now after 20 years!

Works great with Twint!
It gets worse and worse
Load times are unacceptable. Completely freezes while in the middle of using. Screen transitions are unintuitive. Can’t go back without starting over.
Buggy at best
The UI is terrible and confusing. The user flow is ridiculous with too many clicks and pages. Even once you figure out the steps to make a payment or view what you need, the screens freeze up or are only half visible. I’m on the latest version with a current iPhone and iOS. Totally disappointing.
Big bug
The app is mostly good and useful and easy to use, with one significant exception: when paying e-bills, the bill always comes right back to the inbox “to do” after you’ve scheduled a payment. This means it is VERY EASY to pay the same bill twice. And you cannot cancel the order so I guess I have to double pay a huge bill and then ask for my money back later??
Buggy and unreliable
Genuinely the most buggy app I’ve ever had the misfortune to have to use. Days of telling me you are aware of the problem and there is no need to contact you - probably because there’s always some kind of an issue going on rather than any kind of error detection with the app. Constantly new and fun failure scenarios with every update.
Can you at least add the function of viewing bank documents and corporate actions?
So we can at least not have to log into the website page on my phone every time? Honestly the app is pretty much useless compared to the website. Also you need to add lending value for my positions
Connectivity issues
Some basic functionalities like payment with QR code do not work (the button is there but you have to enter the info long form…)
The App is a regression!
Where is the QR code reader for payments??? Now I have to input all the information like before. It is so inconvenient. Bring it back!
