How? Our security concept protects you fourfold. We uniquely identify you with the Access App or Access Card. By defining security settings and activating real-time notifications, you can increase security even more. Why the app is 650mb?
I understand refresh design but the functionality is being removed: 1. No longer can I select shortcuts or sort menu for the actions I use most 2. Latest update removed purchased cost price and exchange rate. Now obky showing market price and value. 3. Investment insights stopped working just gives an error.
App getting worse and worse
I understand refresh design but the functionality is being removed: 1. No longer can I select shortcuts or sort menu for the actions I use most 2. Latest update removed purchased cost price and exchange rate. Now obky showing market price and value. 3. Investment insights stopped working just gives an error. 4. Financial market name doesn’t make sense and cannot be moved to first screen as shortcut. Please fix asap.
Also why the size is so big 500mb??
Does not display page in landscape on iPad
The app does not rotate to landscape, only remains locked in portrait meaning I cannot use my keyboard
Settings ignored
App is now showing accounts which are marked as “Display in Mobile Banking “ = No
Accounts marked as NOT for use in in ebanking transactions are available for selection when setting up payments.
Not what you would expect from a security point of view.
UBS eBanking review
1) it works and it’s safe
2) they keep updating it, mostly improvements
3) when they mess up with a change they usually fix it quickly when you send/provide a good explanation
4) client feedback seems to work
5) does everything you would expect and more
6) useful tools and reports
7) some useful credit card online reports have been removed (e.g. simple list of all open transactions for the NEXT invoice to track how much you are spending in the current period): this still has not been fixed, hoping they will resolve this soon as it’s a little painful to work out how much you are spending and “will owe” on the NEXT invoice to stop over spending
It does nothing
How has this application got anything other than a 1 star review? The pay and scan opens a blank white screen and does nothing. The rest of the application does almost nothing.
Stop updating this app every few days, please
It's getting tiring…
App update is so annoying
Every time I update my app I have to the entire login process again?! Then I have to wait for activation letter for the pin code! What’s the point of having an app if I have to redo this process every month. I’m traveling so much and it’s just not user friendly if I’m not home to receive the mail…
iPad App needs fixing!
As mentioned in other reviews, the IPad app needs urgent fixing. Firstly when it is opened the app switches directly into portrait mode, rather than staying on landscape mode. Furthermore when trying to log-in via the Access App, a blank white screen pops up where nothing is loading. Hence I am unable to even log-in to the service from my IPad.
For a bank with these charges I expect more in terms of technical sophistication! Please fix this.
Slow and not designed for user friendly experience
Suggest UBS take a hard look at other banking apps to make it a better user experience. Really poor app, bad design and extremely slow and response time issues, having to jump on internet banking as the app is failing. This is enough to want to move my banking elsewhere, what’s the point if you can’t bank on mobile. Credit card account view is so bad, to know any outstanding service to pay etc >> look at AMEX app for pointers , that is a good experience.
