How secure is our Mobile Banking App?
In short, UBS Mobile Banking provides state-of-the-art security.
How? Our security concept protects you fourfold. We uniquely identify you with the Access App or Access Card. By defining security settings and activating real-time notifications, you can increase security even more. Furthermore, we use artificial intelligence to check certain transactions for irregularities. And we help you use the internet safely – see our security recommendations on ubs.com/security.

Inutilisable depuis iOS12
Le certificat du serveur n’est plus fiable depuis Septembre 2018, ce qui rend l’app inutilisable ! Comment est-ce possible de laisser pareille situation se produire ! Il faut vivre dans une grotte pour ne pas se rendre compte que tous les navigateurs (et donc les OS mobiles) vont abandonner Symantec alors que ça a été assez annoncé ! En espérant une correction rapide !

Appli mal fichue: Accès hyper compliqué et long, notifications/recommandations répétitives, contenu pas assez épuré pour une appli, tout juste si on peut voir l’état des comptes. D’autres banques ont fait mieux...
It used be a good one
It used to be a state of art app and now there are almost daily bugs, tech problems and the available amount of the credit / debit card is never shown right. Big disappointment after the app's major update.
