• You are client of a UBS Group company and benefit from UBS’s corresponding digital services.

How? Our security concept protects you fourfold. We uniquely identify you with the Access App or Access Card. By defining security settings and activating real-time notifications, you can increase security even more. Disappointing
Slow, unreliable app. Sometimes can not log in an need to reboot my iPhone 14 (all other apps work perfectly fine).
Once you’re in the app you find an old fashion app, not even close to other apps like IB, or my local bank.
How come I can not see my current worth of shares? Why is it updates only around midnight? Cant I see the actual worth during the trading hours? I don’t mind a little delay (5-10 minutes) but a day delay for actual worth is a little disappointing for a bank like this. We are 2023 if someone just forgets….
