Yes, UBS & UBS key4 is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is UBS & UBS key4 legit?
🤔 The UBS & UBS key4 app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
The app is very unresponsive in IOS.
- cards sub-menu crashes all the time, it’s really slow, not to mention that it doesn’t display new cards proprely. It shows the new cards with the name of the old canceled cards.
- anything related to cards is slow and crashes
- sub menus log me out; and require me to log back in with access app; which ia very dumb! Once i am logged in, it is me, you don’t need to recheck that it is me every sub menu!
Compared to the mobile banking apps of other backs, this one is quite bad.
Not to mention that the important options are so hidden or not even avaliable that it’s stupid. I had to google how to enable internet purchases, and nobody even knows how to do ot from the app, so i had to do it from the website.
Money transfers to prepaid card lock the money for 24h+, and i can’t use them, so what’s even the point of the prepaid card?
Lots and lots of small annoyances for what should be VERY straight forward, fast and simple.
The whole app is overcomplicated and slow
UBS apps are really crappy..
Especially when you need it the most. I think I will change my bank because of this. F**k it! I’m done
Edit: yes, so sometimes, when I enter the app, the message with « technical error, our experts are making everything possible etc.. » pops up too often. And sometimes the app logs in, sometimes not. Imo: Increase the threshold time for that message to pop up and you will fix it, I suppose. I have the latest iOS version and latest UBS apps, and also good internet connection, idk why that message pops up. Next time I’ll do a screen record and send it to you by e-mail. Cheers
Currency converter doesn’t work
Currency converter function doesn’t work in the mobile app on iPhone 13 (latest iOS). It freezes and doesn’t allow to make any changes. Rebooting the app does not help.
Appreciate you help to check and resolve the problem.

I don’t think it’s good idea to have the app and the access app at the same device. It might be convenient but not secure.

Notifications push ne fonctionne pas
Depuis quelques jours je ne reçois plus de notifications push dès que je fait des paiement avec ma carte. Mes réglages n’ont jamais été changer sur l’appli. J’ai beau ré-enregistrer les réglages push mais sa ne marches toujours pas. Que faire ?

Die App kann auf dem Tablet gar nicht horizontal dargestellt werden. Tastatur kann somit nicht genutzt werden. Ich nerve mich immer wieder aufs Neue. Ist wohl eine zu grosse Herausforderung für die „digitale Bank“…
Ist wohl eine Weile her, seit ich dies geschrieben habe. Immer noch die selbe mühsame Programmierung. Verstehe euch echt nicht, habt ihr kein Budget für die App? Bitte endlich ins 2024 bringen, besten Dank liebe UBS!
Bugs en permanence
Franchement raz le bol de ces bugs c’est récurrent. Et vu le prix que l’on paie par mois pour leurs service c’est scandaleux.
