• You are client of a UBS Group company and benefit from UBS’s corresponding digital services.
How secure is our Mobile Banking App?
In short, UBS Mobile Banking provides state-of-the-art security.
How? Our security concept protects you fourfold. We uniquely identify you with the Access App or Access Card. By defining security settings and activating real-time notifications, you can increase security even more. Latest version not installing on iPhone 6 anymore. Latest available version prevents me from logging in. I am locked out from my accounts! Unbelievable arrogance for UBS IT and management.
Red dots are so small
Who designed this app? Somebody with bionic eyes?
The red dots on the app to input the number into access card reader are so small it’s impossible to get correct. Pls take an UX course when designing apps
Unable to use access app
The mobile app does not allow log in with the access app within the same device. On opening the mobile app, it asks for log in using the access card even though I have set up access app.
Slow and clumsy
Slow in loading, not intuitive, pages do not link smoothly via click through, unable to view performance measures in trade currency

Currency converter doesn’t work
Currency converter function doesn’t work in the mobile app on iPhone 13 (latest iOS). It freezes and doesn’t allow to make any changes. Rebooting the app does not help.
Appreciate you help to check and resolve the problem.

I don’t think it’s good idea to have the app and the access app at the same device. It might be convenient but not secure.
